How It Works

1. Introduce us. Send your client's info through our referral form, or connect us directly by phone or email.
2. We manage the property. We onboard the owner and take over full-service management, from leasing to maintenance.
3. You get paid. Once the account has been active for 90 days, we send your commission of $500 per door, with no extra steps.

Referral Payout

We keep the terms as straightforward as our management pricing:

• Commission: $500 per door for single-family rentals and small multifamily up to 4 doors (1 door = $500, 2 doors = $1,000, and so on)
• Eligible properties: 1–4 unit properties
• Paid after: 90 days active
• Referral limit: None
• Cost to join: Free

For example, referring an owner with a fourplex earns you $2,000.

For large multifamily properties with more than 4 units, please contact our office to discuss the referral program for those properties.

We wait until an account has been active for 90 days before paying out, so your commission reflects a client who's genuinely settled in with us, not a placement that fell through in the first few weeks.

Why Agents Partner With Us

Once you hand off a client, we take it from there. Your reputation stays protected, and you stay in the loop the whole way through. We are property managers, not listing agents, and we do not intend to sell your clients' properties. If a referred owner ever decides to sell, we will notify you so you can protect that client relationship.
